To be perfectly honest, I wasnt impressed with the product. The quality of the UI is rather ordinary. The MMC itself was ok, but the other forms to edit things looked plain. Considering the advances in WPF etc, i would have thought they would make the thing look a little more appealing. Granted they are going to be looking to Oslo for the visual modeling, but they have to drive sales now and im happy for them that they have a good pipeline, but i dont think i would buy the tool..
I also dont think that launching HAT was such a good idea. If the administrators are not expected to be BTS gurus, launching HAT (albeit with a filter) isnt going to help much. Reading that HAT data and repurposing it in some other visual way (including showing the orchestration debugger etc) would have made it much more interesting.
